THE FARM HOUSE
Located in the midst of expansive rural properties in South East Kelowna “The Farm House” transformed an inactive agricultural property into an organic apple orchard and equestrian paradise.The Modern Farm House incorporates Passive House Design Principles and meets Step 5 of the BC building code.Special thank you to the Owner’s for including Davara in the project, and the amazing project team: Nido Design, Sawchuk, Materia Interior Design, Outland Design, as well as all the trades and consultants who assisted with making this dream a reality.

1260 NEPTUNE RD
1155 PACIFIC
Davara in partnership with Necessary Homes developed 1155 Pacific as an innovative 14 suite infill rental apartment building located in the Capri-Landmark Urban Centre of Kelowna. The building designers NIDO & Hugh J. Bitz Architect used Passive House principles to create one of the most energy efficient buildings in the Okanagan, and with the help of Sawchuk the project construction manager the vision was brought to life.

PARKVIEW
Located in South Kelowna fronting Rowcliffe Park is “Parkview”, the luxury 9-unit LEED GOLD town home project consisting of 2 and 3 bedroom homes.

Located adjacent to the Rutland Urban Centre and fronting the Houghton Road Active Transportation Corridor ,“305 Homer Road” was built with families in mind. Consisting of 9 3-bedroom 2-bathroom purpose-built rental town homes.

555 MONTGOMERY RD
1650 BERTRAM & 596 LEON
Located in downtown Kelowna,the modern designed Class A office space was custom built andoutfitted for an online gaming studio.

H.D. RIGGS HOUSE
Located at 911 Borden Ave,fronting the Ethel Street Active Transportation Corridor, the H.D Riggs House was a Heritage Revitalization Project that transformed the neglected structure into an award winning mixed-use office and residential building.

GYRO
Located just south of Gyro Beach is the custom-designed Waterfront Residence which underwent a substantial renovation to revive the 1960’s home to create a beautiful beach residence.

BLACK MOUNTAIN ESTATE
Located on a 50 acre farm in the Black Mountain neighbourhood of Kelowna is the custom designed craftsman style estate.

CASTLE RÖHRSDORF
The artist community at Castle Röhrsdorf is currently a community of friends and artists on the outskirts of the Saxon capital of Dresden.
It offers artists a unique location in which to record, write, stay and create. With it’s exceptional historic location, this property is uniquely positioned as an experience destination for artists from across Europe and North America.
CRAIG HOUSE
This renovation of “Craig House” is located on the high southern bank of Okanagan Lake and was originally designed in 1967 by Arthur Erickson with Geoffrey Massey.
SOMA
Soma Cidery is an organic orchard, boutique farm inn, and tasting lounge set against the backdrop of beautiful South East Kelowna. Soma is one of a small number of Kelowna boutique hotels that offer complete privacy and exclusive use of the entire facility to make your time together something of your own creation.
KARIS SUPPORT SOCIETY
In September of 2015, the doors of Karis Support Society were opened. A 24,000 square foot LEED certified facility with three floors equipped with 42 beds.
